These terms describe the Bottle Mate Drip Tip presale. Please read them together with our shipping policy, cancellation and refund policy and privacy policy before ordering.

What you are ordering

The first presale run is limited to 1,200 all-black Drip Tips. A presale is a paid order for a physical product that may still be in production when you order. The limit counts individual Drip Tips across all orders; a five-unit order uses five units of the allocation.

The later blue-accent edition is a separate, planned product priced at $31.99 per unit. It is not included in this all-black presale order.

Presale prices

Regular presale pricing is $28.88 per Drip Tip, in U.S. dollars:

• One Drip Tip: $28.88.
• Three Drip Tips: $86.64.
• Five Drip Tips: $144.40.

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders containing five or more Drip Tips qualify for free U.S. shipping. Shipping on smaller orders and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Production and dispatch

We print and ship throughout the presale rather than waiting for all 1,200 units to sell. Presale support helps us add printers and build supply.

The current estimated dispatch time is approximately three weeks after ordering, with some orders shipping sooner. Dispatch is the handover to the carrier; delivery time is additional. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will provide production updates and tracking information.

The dispatch timeframe shown when you order applies to your order. If we cannot meet it, we will contact you with revised timing and your delay and refund options, as explained in the shipping and cancellation policies.

Cancellations and order problems

Routine change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed. Shipping-delay cancellation and refund rights, and other rights required by law, still apply. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us using the order-support details in our cancellation and refund policy.

Order details and support

Please provide a current email address for order updates and accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, email bottlematesllc@gmail.com with your order number so we can review it.

Distributor orders

For orders of 20 or more units, contact bottlematesllc@gmail.com for distributor pricing.

Changes to these terms

Changes to the offer or dispatch estimate for future orders do not, by themselves, change the terms for an order already placed. Order-specific changes will be communicated directly, with any consent and refund options required by law.
